Biker Stuff

I like classic bikes, and when I get the chance take my bike out for a spin.
Sadly, due to our less than ideal climate, and the sunny days having to co-incide with the weekend, that doesn't happen a lot.

Here are some snaps of some interesting bikes that have caught my eye.

This is my current bike, a 1982 Suzuki GSX750E.

Seen in the carpark of a nearby pub, this Honda CBX has been immaculately restored.

Bike park at the Copdock Classic Motorcycle Show. This is about half of it. There is usualy as many classics here as there are in the show.

Someone has spent a lot of time customising this Ariel Arrow.

Suzuki 750GT in immaculate condition, fondly nicknamed The Kettle or Water Buffalo depending which side of the pond you are on.

These two randomly turned up outside the pub one day. I think the z900 must be the prettiest bike ever made.

Super blinged up custom Yamaha RD400.
Spotted this at a biker cafe in Burnham on Crouch.

Back in the 70's, I always used to be a 'British Bike' man.
It all changed when I got my first Japanese machine, this wonderful Honda CB750.

And its got a turbo!

Norton Commando.

Even gone to the trouble of slipping an extra pot in there.

Nice XJR1300 spotted in St Mandrier, South of France.

This Commando was so clean it looked like it had just come out of the showroom.
